Accelerate-Your-Success

Accelerating the Path to Success

Xcelerators are the building blocks RTI Professional Services use to design our Success-Plan Services. These services match customers’ needs at each phase of the project life cycle, because there is no room for error in designing, integrating and deploying intelligent systems.

Our Customer Success and Professional Services teams work with RTI customers to:

  • Increase efficiency
  • Eliminate costly rework
  • Drive project success

We start each customer on the right path with Project Onboarding, delivered at no cost. Next, we offer a phased approach to specialized training, design, and development, which is where Xcelerators come into play.

RTI Xcelerators

RTI Xcelerators help customers achieve key goals that ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and use of Connext. An RTI Customer Success Manager will define the specific details of each Xcelerator to align with each project's needs as it evolves. This collaborative approach ensures a customized plan for project success.

Examples of outcomes obtained through Xcelerators include:

Project Phase Outcome

Project Foundation

  • A data model for the system
  • A tailored plan and guidance for the system’s use of Connext in the cloud
  • A tailored plan and guidance for using RTI Routing Service in the system
  • A working design for addressing fault tolerance requirements and failure scenarios
  • Review of system architecture, data model, QoS, and/or application code
  • Custom training for material not available in RTI Academy

Project Development

  • Patterns and QoS recommendations for streaming video over Connext
  • Recommendations and support for using Connext in a container or with kubernetes
  • Recommendations and support for making Connext work with another DDS or a non-DDS protocol
  • Recommendations to maximize performance
  • Recommendations for using ROS 2 apps with native Connext apps in the same system
  • Expertise available during a critical test, integration, or other activity
