SUNNYVALE, Calif. –June 19, 2018– Real-Time Innovations (RTI), the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) connectivity company, today announced that RTI Connext® DDS Professional has been named the Best IoT Solution of 2018 as part of the annual SIIA CODiE Awards. The CODiE Awards recognize the companies producing the most innovative business technology products across the country, and around the world.
Connext DDS Professional is RTI's flagship product and is the first connectivity framework designed to meet the demanding requirements of mission-critical systems in the Industrial IoT. These systems, such as connected medical devices, autonomous vehicles and the smart grid, are mission critical because if they fail for even a second, the results could be catastrophic.
