

Stan Schneider founded RTI to develop productivity tools for the real-time marketplace. Under his guidance, RTI has grown from inception to a multinational business with offices throughout North America and Europe.
Immediately before RTI, Stan was an independent technical and management consultant, working with companies in medical products, digital signal processing, aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, video and television, and networking. Before that, Stan managed one of the largest laboratories at Stanford, focusing on intelligent mechanical systems. At Sperry Computer Systems (now Unisys), Stan developed networked communications systems and led the software team responsible for Sperry's personal computer product line. Stan began his career in automotive impact testing.
Stan completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Stanford University. He holds a BS in Applied Mathematics (Summa Cum Laude) and an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is a graduate of Stanford's Advanced Management College. Stan received numerous awards and prizes for academic excellence. He is widely published in both industry and academic media.
Mike is a Venture Partner with the Paladin Capital Group in Washington, D.C. Mike also has venture experience at ePlanet Ventures, Vanguard Ventures, Investcorp, and Zilkha Venture Partners. Mike led investments in Applied Discovery (sold to Lexis Nexis), and Selectica (SLTC). He was an investor in and CEO of Informed Diagnostics (now Picaro). He founded SafeView, Inc. (sold to L3 Communications).
Mike is a Consulting Associate Professor at both the Stanford University Department of Management Science and Engineering and the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Mike is a co-developer of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, and founding professor of Technology Venture Formation, one of the most highly rated courses in the School of Engineering.
Mike was a co-founder, a Vice-President, and a Director of Integrated Systems Inc. (INTS), a leading implementer of high-performance real-time control systems for aircraft, automotive, and manufacturing applications. Mike was a key member of the management team that brought the company public in 1990. Prior to Integrated Systems, Mike held various positions with the Lockheed Missiles and Space Co., including managing all control systems R&D at the LMSC Palo Alto Research Laboratory
Mike received a Bachelors and Masters (equivalent) in Engineering Physics from Cornell University in 1965, an MSEE from Stanford in 1966, and an MBA, with Distinction, from the Pepperdine Presidential/Key Executive Program in 1988. He conducted PhD research in the Stanford Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics between 1970-74. He is a graduate of the Stanford/AEA Institute for the Management of High Technology Companies and a Price-Babson Fellow in Entrepreneurship Education. He has operated several business aircraft, founded ProCharter Air Transport, was a line instructor for Flight Safety International, and currently holds Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot and multi-engine and instrument flight instructor certificates.
He currently serves as a Director of RTI and Future Point Systems, and as Chairman and CEO of Zanttz, Inc. a cyber security spinout from PNNL.
Montgomery Kersten works with development stage companies on strategic initiatives. He is currently the vice president of strategy & business development for the Business Solutions Group of British Telecom, and serves as a board member of several Silicon Valley private companies. Monty co-founded VitalSigns Software, of which he was President and CEO. VitalSigns Software offered application performance management software and was acquired by International Networks Services in 1998.
Before co-founding VitalSigns Software, he served as vice president of business affairs and general counsel of Bay Networks where he was responsible for managing its acquisitions, strategic relationships, corporate development and legal matters. Before joining Bay Networks' predecessor SynOptics Communications in 1991, Monty served in various positions in sales, marketing and business development at large high technology companies as well as at start-up companies. Monty also has served for over a decade as a member of the board of directors of, and donor to, the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, which oversees five charities dedicated to helping children, the disabled and disadvantaged, the elderly and mentally ill. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
As Chief Executive Officer, Peter manages the long-term strategic growth of Globalstar, Inc. and its subsidiary company SPOT LLC. He is responsible for extending the quality and broadening the reach of the company’s portfolio of satellite voice and data solutions.
Peter has served as a director of Globalstar since 2004 and as Chair of the Audit Committee. He is CEO of Dalton Partners, Inc., a management consulting firm, and has served as CEO and director of a number of its clients. He also served as president of SPACE (Society of Private and Commercial Earth Stations), the satellite television industry trade association. As CEO of KLM Electronics he grew revenue more than twenty five times making it the world’s largest manufacturer of satellite television systems at that time. From November 2001 to September 2004, Peter served as chief executive officer of Clickhome Reality, Inc., a discount real estate and mortgage company.
Before that, Peter had more than thirty years experience in business management, turnaround management, and investment banking. He has been a board member of over twenty companies both public and private. His industry experience is broad-reaching, including food processing, medical products, semiconductor industry test equipment, telecommunications equipment, house-wares, ready-to-wear, concert lighting, and candles. Peter’s experience includes strategic partnering, mergers and acquisitions, and high growth situations. He has arranged significant financing for startups and growing companies through his own investment banking firm.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA and is an executive fellow, Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.
